Securing your ServerBooster account
Two-factor authentication, staying signed in, and what to do if something looks wrong.
Your dashboard holds your order history and, if you top up, prepaid balance. It is worth two minutes of setup.
Two-factor authentication
Turn it on from Dashboard → Security. You scan a QR code with any authenticator app and enter a six-digit code at sign-in. Backup codes are issued at the same time — save them somewhere other than the phone running the app.
Staying signed in
"Remember me" keeps you signed in on that device. Changing your password signs out every remembered device, which is the fastest way to cut off access you no longer want.
Signing in with Google or Discord
If social sign-in is enabled you can link an account from your profile. Linking never removes your password, and the last remaining sign-in method cannot be unlinked — that would lock you out.
If something looks wrong
Change your password first; that alone ends every remembered session. Then open a ticket so we can check the order history with you.
