What we collect

Account data — your name, email address and a hashed version of your password. We never store the password itself. If you sign in with Google or Discord instead, we store the identifier that provider gives us.

Order data — what you bought, the target you gave us (server code, address or group link), any Discord contact you chose to add, invoices and wallet movements.

Technical data — your IP address and browser identifier are recorded with sign-in attempts. This is used to stop brute-force attacks and abuse, and for nothing else.

Support data — the messages you send us through tickets or the contact form.

Why we hold it

To deliver what you ordered, to bill it, to answer your support requests and to protect the site from abuse. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Cookies

We use cookies that the site needs to work: one that keeps you signed in for the session, one that tells the public pages whether to show a login or a dashboard link, one that remembers how many items are in your cart, and, only if you tick the box, one that keeps you signed in on that device. There are no advertising cookies.

Who else sees it

Only the services needed to run the shop: the payment method you choose, the provider that sends our email, and, if the operator has enabled them, an optional social sign-in provider and an optional live chat provider. Each sees only what it needs.

How long we keep it

Account and billing records are kept while your account exists and for as long as we are required to keep financial records. Security logs are short lived and cleaned automatically.

Your choices

You can view and edit your profile in your dashboard, and you can ask us to correct or delete your account by opening a support ticket. Deleting an account also removes the personal data attached to it, except records we must keep for accounting.
