Terms of Service
1. What we provide
ServerBooster sells visibility and presence services for game servers and communities: server list upvotes, player count boosting and related add-ons. Everything we sell is a digital service delivered to a target you give us.
2. Your account
You need an account to order. Keep your login details private and use a password you do not reuse elsewhere. Two-factor authentication is available in your dashboard and we recommend enabling it. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
3. What we need from you
Every order needs a target: a connect code, a server address or a group link, depending on the product. You must be the owner or an administrator of that target, or have permission from one. We never ask for your server files, your control panel password or any credential, and you should never send one.
4. Delivery
Delivery begins after the invoice is paid and is started by our team, not instantly by a machine. Progress is shown on the order page. Delivery is gradual on purpose so it looks natural on the target platform. Timing figures given elsewhere on this site are estimates, not guarantees of an exact minute.
5. Payment
Invoices are payable by the methods shown at checkout, or from your wallet balance if it covers the amount. Orders start once the invoice is marked paid. Prices are shown before you confirm and include any tax configured for your order.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use our services against a server you do not control, to harass a community, or for anything unlawful. We may refuse or cancel an order that we believe breaks this rule, and refund it under our refund policy.
7. Things outside our control
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by FiveM, RedM, Rust, Discord, Steam or any server list. Those platforms set their own rules and can change them at any time. If a platform change makes a service impossible to deliver, we will tell you and refund the undelivered part.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The version on this page is the one that applies. If you keep using the service after a change, that change applies to your future orders.
