When delivery starts and how to follow it
Most orders start within 5-15 minutes of payment. Where to watch progress and what the bar actually measures.
Delivery begins once your invoice is marked paid. Most orders start within 5 to 15 minutes; very large orders can take up to 24 hours to begin.
What happens between paying and starting
- Checkout creates an invoice for the items in your cart.
- Paying from wallet balance settles the invoice immediately.
- Paying by PayPal or crypto settles it once we confirm the transfer.
- The order moves to active and delivery starts.
Reading the progress bar
Open Dashboard → Orders and select the order. The progress bar shows one of two things and it tells you which one you are looking at:
- By delivery — how much of the amount you bought has actually been delivered.
- By time — how much of the package period has elapsed, used where a delivered figure is not available yet.
The label matters: a bar that is measuring time is not telling you how many upvotes have landed. That distinction is deliberate, so the panel never implies progress it cannot prove.
If nothing has moved
Check the invoice first — an unpaid invoice is the most common reason an order sits still. If the invoice is paid and the order has not started after a few hours, open a ticket from your dashboard with the order number.
