Step-by-step guides for ordering, following delivery and handling billing — written for the questions that come up after you have already paid, not before.
Each guide covers one thing and says what to do when it does not go to plan. Start with your game if you are setting up a first order, or jump to Orders & delivery if something is already running and you want to know where it stands.
Looking for a one-line answer instead? The FAQ covers delivery times, payment methods and safety in a sentence each. Anything tied to a specific order is fastest through a support ticket — quote the order number and we can look it up straight away.
How to find your FiveM connect code
Your cfx.re join code is the only thing we need to start a FiveM order. Here is where to copy it from.
Every FiveM server published on the cfx.re list has a short connect code. It is the part that comes
after /join/ in the server address, and it is the only piece of information we need to start
a FiveM order.
Where to copy it from
- Open your server on the cfx.re server list.
- Look at the address bar:
https://cfx.re/join/abc123. - Copy either the whole link or just the code at the end.
Formats we accept
All three of these are the same server as far as the order form is concerned:
abc123cfx.re/join/abc123https://cfx.re/join/abc123
Whatever you paste is normalised before it is saved, so you do not have to worry about the format. If the field rejects what you entered, the code is either too short or contains characters a cfx.re code never has — check it against the address bar again.
Nothing else is required
We do not ask for your server password, RCON details, FTP access or any account credentials. If you are ever asked for those in our name, it is not us.
