Step-by-step guides for ordering, following delivery and handling billing — written for the questions that come up after you have already paid, not before.
Each guide covers one thing and says what to do when it does not go to plan. Start with your game if you are setting up a first order, or jump to Orders & delivery if something is already running and you want to know where it stands.
Looking for a one-line answer instead? The FAQ covers delivery times, payment methods and safety in a sentence each. Anything tied to a specific order is fastest through a support ticket — quote the order number and we can look it up straight away.
My order has not started — what to check
The three things that hold an order up, in the order worth checking them.
Most orders begin within 5 to 15 minutes of payment. If yours has not, work through these three checks before opening a ticket — they cover almost every case.
1. Is the invoice actually paid?
Open Dashboard → Billing. An invoice sitting on unpaid is the most common reason an order has not started. Paying from wallet balance settles it instantly; PayPal and crypto are confirmed by our team first.
2. Is the order marked active?
Dashboard → Orders shows the status. Pending means the invoice is not settled yet; paid means it is queued; active means delivery has begun.
3. Are the server details right?
Open the order and check the connect code or address you entered. A single wrong character points the order at a server that does not exist, and nothing can be delivered.
Still nothing
Open a ticket with the order number. Include what you have already checked — it saves a round trip.
