Step-by-step guides for ordering, following delivery and handling billing — written for the questions that come up after you have already paid, not before.

Each guide covers one thing and says what to do when it does not go to plan. Start with your game if you are setting up a first order, or jump to Orders & delivery if something is already running and you want to know where it stands.

Looking for a one-line answer instead? The FAQ covers delivery times, payment methods and safety in a sentence each. Anything tied to a specific order is fastest through a support ticket — quote the order number and we can look it up straight away.

Ordering a RedM boost

RedM uses the same cfx.re listing as FiveM, so the setup is identical. Upvotes and players are separate packages.

RedM servers are published on the same cfx.re infrastructure as FiveM, so the ordering steps are identical: find your server on the list, copy the code after /join/, and paste it into the order form.

Two separate packages

They are independent. Most owners start with upvotes so the server becomes visible, then add players once people are actually opening the listing.

The connect code

Same rules as FiveM: abc123, cfx.re/join/abc123 and the full link are all accepted, and the value is normalised before it is stored. See How to find your FiveM connect code for the exact steps — they apply here without changes.
