Step-by-step guides for ordering, following delivery and handling billing — written for the questions that come up after you have already paid, not before.

Each guide covers one thing and says what to do when it does not go to plan. Start with your game if you are setting up a first order, or jump to Orders & delivery if something is already running and you want to know where it stands.

Looking for a one-line answer instead? The FAQ covers delivery times, payment methods and safety in a sentence each. Anything tied to a specific order is fastest through a support ticket — quote the order number and we can look it up straight away.

RedM player packages: tiers and durations

Player boost tiers for RedM, how long they run, and how they sit alongside upvotes.

A RedM player package keeps a set number of players visible on your listing for the length of the package. Unlike upvotes, it is sold in fixed tiers rather than a free amount.

Choosing a tier

Pick the tier that matches how full you want the server to look at quiet hours — not your peak. A listing that shows more players than the server realistically holds is the thing that reads as staged.

Duration

Packages run for 30 or 365 days. The 30-day option suits testing or a single event; the yearly option is for servers that stay up continuously.

Running it with upvotes

Upvotes get you found, players make people stay once they look. They are separate orders and can run at the same time on the same connect code — see Ordering a RedM boost for the setup.
