Step-by-step guides for ordering, following delivery and handling billing — written for the questions that come up after you have already paid, not before.

Each guide covers one thing and says what to do when it does not go to plan. Start with your game if you are setting up a first order, or jump to Orders & delivery if something is already running and you want to know where it stands.

Looking for a one-line answer instead? The FAQ covers delivery times, payment methods and safety in a sentence each. Anything tied to a specific order is fastest through a support ticket — quote the order number and we can look it up straight away.

Renewing a package before it ends

You get an email a few days before a package ends, and a renew button that refills the cart for you.

Packages have a fixed length. A few days before yours ends, we email you, and a renew button appears on the order page in your dashboard.

What renewing does

It adds the same package to your cart with your server details already filled in — same product, same amount, same duration. You review the cart and check out as normal; nothing is charged automatically.

Why renew instead of ordering again

  • Your connect code or server address is carried over, so there is nothing to retype and no chance of a typo pointing the order at the wrong server.
  • It avoids a gap between packages.

When the button is not there

Orders that are still pending or paid do not show a renew button — they have not run yet, and renewing would simply create a duplicate. The button appears once an order is in its final week.

Security note

Renewal works from the order number alone; your server details are read from your own order after an ownership check. Nothing sensitive travels in the link, and you cannot renew somebody else's order.
