Step-by-step guides for ordering, following delivery and handling billing — written for the questions that come up after you have already paid, not before.
Each guide covers one thing and says what to do when it does not go to plan. Start with your game if you are setting up a first order, or jump to Orders & delivery if something is already running and you want to know where it stands.
Looking for a one-line answer instead? The FAQ covers delivery times, payment methods and safety in a sentence each. Anything tied to a specific order is fastest through a support ticket — quote the order number and we can look it up straight away.
Entering your Rust server address
Rust servers are identified by IP or domain rather than a listing code. What the field accepts.
Rust has no central listing code like cfx.re, so a Rust order identifies your server by its address. The order form on the Rust Player Boost page accepts both forms.
Accepted formats
203.0.113.10— IP only203.0.113.10:28015— IP with portplay.yourserver.com— domain onlyplay.yourserver.com:28015— domain with port
Leave the port out if your server uses the default. Add it if you run several servers behind one address — that is the only way we can tell them apart.
If your address changes
Wipes and host migrations happen. If your server moves while an order is running, open a ticket from your dashboard with the order number and the new address; the order is moved rather than restarted, so what has already been delivered is not lost.
Package length
Rust player packages run for 30 or 365 days. The 30-day option suits a single wipe cycle; the 365-day option is for servers that stay up between wipes.
