Step-by-step guides for ordering, following delivery and handling billing — written for the questions that come up after you have already paid, not before.
Each guide covers one thing and says what to do when it does not go to plan. Start with your game if you are setting up a first order, or jump to Orders & delivery if something is already running and you want to know where it stands.
Looking for a one-line answer instead? The FAQ covers delivery times, payment methods and safety in a sentence each. Anything tied to a specific order is fastest through a support ticket — quote the order number and we can look it up straight away.
Running a boost across a Rust wipe
What happens to a running order on wipe day, and when it is worth timing a package around it.
Wipes do not cancel an order. The package is tied to the server address you entered, not to the world, so it keeps running through a wipe.
If the address changes
Some hosts hand out a new IP after a wipe. If that happens, open a ticket from your dashboard with the order number and the new address — the order is moved rather than restarted, so nothing already delivered is lost.
Timing a package
- 30-day package: lines up with a monthly wipe cycle. Starting it a day or two before wipe means the listing already looks active when players go looking for a fresh server.
- 365-day package: better value if the server stays up between wipes and you do not want to think about it again.
Address format reminder
IP or domain, with the port only if it is non-default — details in Entering your Rust server address.
