Step-by-step guides for ordering, following delivery and handling billing — written for the questions that come up after you have already paid, not before.

Each guide covers one thing and says what to do when it does not go to plan. Start with your game if you are setting up a first order, or jump to Orders & delivery if something is already running and you want to know where it stands.

Looking for a one-line answer instead? The FAQ covers delivery times, payment methods and safety in a sentence each. Anything tied to a specific order is fastest through a support ticket — quote the order number and we can look it up straight away.

Using a coupon code

Enter the code in the cart, not at checkout. Why the price you see is the price you are invoiced.

Coupon codes are entered in the cart, before you continue to checkout. The discount is applied to the cart total straight away.

The displayed price is the invoiced price

The cart and the invoice run the same validation on a coupon, so a code that shows a discount in the cart produces the same total on the invoice. If a code stops being valid between the two steps — it expires, or its usage limit is reached — the cart tells you rather than silently charging the full amount.

Why a code can be rejected

  • It has expired or has not started yet.
  • Its total usage limit is reached.
  • You have already used it and it is limited to one use per customer.
  • The cart total is below the code's minimum.
  • It only applies to certain products, and none of them are in your cart.

The cart shows which of these applies, so you are not left guessing.

Automatic discounts

Some campaigns apply on their own without a code. If you see a discount you did not type in, that is what it is — it is listed in the cart summary like any other.
